Retirement of Director

listed Teckwah Industrial Corporation
("Teckwah" or "the
Group") today announced
Mr Tan Beng Teck, a Non-Executive Director, has retired under Article 100 of the Company's Articles of Association and did not seek for re-election at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 28 April 2004.
As a consequence thereof, Mr Tan Ee Chian has ceased to be Mr Tan Beng Teck's Alternate Director with effect from 28 April 2004.
The Board wishes to thank Mr Tan Beng Teck for his invaluable support and contributions to the Company during his term of office and extends its best wishes to Mr Tan Beng Teck in his future endeavours. |
