    Teck Wah Seng Kee Company established as a sole proprietorship to make paper boxes

    Registers as a private limited company and changes name to Teck Wah Paper Products to position itself as a packaging printer for consumer electronics, toy and food & beverage industries

    Acquires Sin Chew Press and diversifies into commercial printing. Awarded National Training Award from National Productivity Board and ISO 9002 certification by Singapore Institute of Standards and Industrial Research  
         
1990
    Merges packaging and commercial printing into one company and operates under one roof at International Road factory  
         
1991
    First overseas operations set up in Malaysia  
         
1993
    Sets up operations in China to explore business opportunities there  
         
1994
    Lists on Singapore Stock Exchange and receives National Training Award for second time  
         
1995
    Invests in digital technology to provide short-run, quick-turnaround, on-demand printing to software publishers  
         
1996
    Starts integrated turnkey software manufacturing and fulfilment services in the region

    First company in the printing industry to achieve Singapore Quality Class

    S$50 million TIC Tech Centre inaugurated

    Receives endorsement from IE Singapore under Intellectual Property Licensing Programme that enables development of Teckwah Technology Licensing Programme. Signs Teckwah Technology Licensing Agreement with first licensee in Korea

    Repositions business in Malaysia and establishes joint venture company there, PPH Teckwah Value Chain Sdn Bhd  
         
2002
    Starts Teckwah PharmaPack Solutions division to cater to packaging needs of biomedical industry. Sets up Teckwah China Corporation to oversee packaging and supply chain management business in China and North Asia  
         
2003
    Upgrades to Singapore Exhange's Mainboard. Subsidiary Techwave Media Services achieves e-SCM certification and Fastest Growing 50 Enterprise Award. Teckwah Online establishes to provide services to game publishers for online distribution as well as physical distribution  
         
2004
    Renames Sofi-Tech Pte Ltd to Teckwah Logistics Pte Ltd. Sets up Teckwah Value Chain in Japan to provide value chain management services in Japan. Sale and leaseback TIC Tech Centre from Mapletree Investments Pte Ltd. Acquires JNE Logistics Pte Ltd for niche competencies and a regional network to serve the Infocomm Technology industry requirement.  
         
2005
    Acquires the value chain management services business from Columbia Pelikan Pty Ltd, one of Australia's largest turnkey software manufacturer.  
         
2006
    Sets up Teckwah Logistics (India) Private Limited to provide 3rd party logistics and repair services to our current customers in the InfoComm Industry and to develop new businesses in India. Awarded the prestigious Singapore Quality Award 2006.  
         
2007
    Sets up Teckwah Trading (Shanghai) Co., Ltd to provide 3rd party logistics services to leading companies in China. Sets up Teckwah Trading (HK) Limited. Sets up Singapore Print Media Hub Pte Ltd for investment holding and manufacturing of packaging solutions. Sets up Teckwah Value Chain (Taiwan) Ltd to provide third party services and value chain management services.
